Setiawangsa – Pantai Expressway (SPE) Section 4 Setiawangsa to Melati

The Setiawangsa - Pantai Expressway (SPE) Section 4 project, from Setiawangsa to Melati in Kuala Lumpur, involved various bridge structure works. Here are the details: 1A - Construction and completion of Pier 97 and deck slab for Pier 96-97. 1B - Supply, deliver, and launch prestressed precast concrete U14 beam for Pier 96 to Pier 102. Provisional Variation Order No. 4 - Construction and completion of the concrete plinth of street lighting on the deck slab for Pier 97 to Pier 102. These works were undertaken by Pembinaan Hamid Abd Rahman Sdn Bhd and were part of the broader bridge structural works for the expressway. The project spanned from May 2017 to May 2018, with a total contract value of RM 11.1 Million for the main project, RM 3.4 Million for the Pier 97 construction, and RM 4,750.00 for the Provisional Variation Order No. 4. This construction aimed to enhance the infrastructure and transportation in the Kuala Lumpur area.
