In Kuala Lumpur, at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang, Malaysia, a project was undertaken for the proposed design, build, testing, and commissioning of a new A380 hangar/workshop facility and associated M&E works at the MAS Complex. This project fell under Package No. MAS/016(A) and was specifically related to Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC). The scope of work for Pembinaan Thin Chai Sdn.Bhd, in partnership with Zelan Construction Sdn Bhd, included the construction of concrete apron and drainage system. The project was completed from July '06 to September '07, with a total cost of RM 2.6 Million.
