Pembinaan Thin Chai Sdn.Bhd collaborated with Lingkaran Mekar Sdn. Bhd for the construction, completion, and maintenance of arterial roads, water supply and trunk sewer mains, sewer manholes, and ancillary works for Stage 2A in Subang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. This project included the construction and completion of a retaining wall. It took place from August 2003 to September 2003, with a total contract value of RM 0.3 Million. The project aimed to improve the infrastructure and transportation in the area.
