OUR VISION

Today, Pembinaan Thin Chai Sdn Bhd’s success and reliability in the construction of Civil Engineering structural field basing on its vast experiences of project completed and the company aims to complete any project within shortest time possible with quality and sound engineering assured.

In 1970 Pembinaan Thin Chai Sdn Bhd was founded by Mr Chai Min Choo. In 1990, PTC was started doing infrastructure and small scale earthworks.

Since then, the company has grown along with the construction line and expanded its activities to include land or marine bridge construction, jetty construction, heavy industrial plantstunnel linings, airport runway, taxiway and parking aprons, small earthworks, roads, water treatment plants and reservoirs, dam structures, and building work.
